Is the land freehold or leasehold?
Lot G: Shared interest ownership – registered at Land Titles and converting to Bare Land Strata lots this Spring 2018.
Beach & Lake View: Bare Land Strata lots, titled and financeable at any Chartered Bank. Special Developer Financing available.
What type of finishing & landscaping will be provided?
Paved driveways, concrete pads and crushed stone. Cedars, one large tree, plus a storage shed and fire pit are included to maintain aesthetics.

Can I rent out my property?
Yes – rental pool agreement with owners is available and management fees range, depending on the length of stay of each renter (from 15% to 40%).
The management company operates the rental program.

a $250 NON REFUNDABLE Deposit is Required for All Dock Slip Reservations. We will not hold slips with an unpaid balance within 14 days of arrival.  We reserve the right to adjust or change slip at any time.

No refunds to late arrivals or early departures.
