Is the land freehold or leasehold?
Lot B: Shared interest ownership – registered at Land Titles and converting to Bare Land Strata lots this Spring 2018.
Lot C: Bare Land Strata lots, titled and financeable at any Chartered Bank. Special Developer Financing available.
How many stages are in the total development?
There are three stages, all complete: A, B, and C.
-Strata Lot A complete w/ 20 seasonal rental lots, amenities and café.
-Strata Lot B complete w/ 61 lots.
-Strata Lot C complete w/ 24 lots.
What is currently being released for sale?
Strata Lot B has one remaining Developer lot for sale. Privately-owed lots or park models may be offered for sale. Four lots remain in our lakeview section, and 13 waterfront cottage lots. Contact our Sales department or call John at 250-803-2592 for more information.
Rental Rates/Purchase Prices
--$25 to $75/day to rent a site, shoulder and prime seasons
-Lots starting from $149,900, Lake View from $239,900, Waterfront from $349,900.
How big are the RV pads?
-Lot A sites are 1800 sq. ft.
-Lot B sites are 2200 sq. ft, some larger.
-Lot C sites start at 3200 sq. ft.
Are there Lake view sites?
Yes, available in Section C only.
How much are the property taxes?
From approximately $800/year per site.
How much are the strata fees?
$160/mo. per site, plus tax subject to AGM review.
What do the strata fees include?

Where will my RV or Park Model Cabin be positioned on my RV pad?
RV and cottage positioning will be discussed and agreed upon between Purchaser and Developer at time of purchase. Lot B sites are pre-finished.
Are campfires permitted?
Campfires are permitted, subject to governmental regulations and rules of the Developer and only in contained fire pit stands included with the site purchase.
What about boat storage?
Boats may be stored on individual sites, winter storage on Lot A
Are boat slips available?
• There are 55 slips
• owners pay $12/day, $75/wk or $780/season
• renters pay $18/day or $115/wk
• All fees collected fund management of the marina, and long-term upkeep.
What type of finishing & landscaping will be provided?
Paved driveways, concrete pads and crushed stone. Cedars, one large tree, plus a storage shed and fire pit are included to maintain aesthetics.
Can I rent out my property?
Yes – rental pool agreement with owners is available and management fees range, depending on the length of stay of each renter (from 15% to 40%).
The management company operates the rental program.
Will there be RV age/appearance restrictions?
Yes, the guidelines are set out in the rules and regulations.
Can I construct a deck on my RV pad?
Yes, in consultation with and permission of the Developer.
Can we use the resort all year round?
This is a four-season resort but it cannot be used as your primary residence.
Where is the nearest boat launch?
There are three nearby the resort, one of which is free
What about parking?
Each pad is allowed one RV unit/Park Model and two vehicles.
What facilities are available?
Heated in ground pool, washrooms/showers, clubhouse, exercise room, laundry facilities, playgrounds, private beach, marina.
